In the unlikely event where you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us straight away by either calling us on 01458 830727 or by sending an email to email@example.com. Unless the goods are faulty or damaged return postage fees will be at your expense.
We allow you 7 days after the receipt of your order to contact us if you wish to return them. We will instruct you on how to return them properly and provide you with a returns number.
Returned goods must show no signs of wear and tear and we reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we are not contacted within the required time period or if the items(s) exhibit wear and tear or are not in a re-saleable condition..
We can either replace the item or we will give you a refund of the cost of the item provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, your postage fees will not be refunded.

If an item is damaged in the post we will either refund you once it has been returned to us at your expense, or we will complete the Royal Mail claim forms which we will forward to you.
Any refund due will be made via the payment method.
Purchasers outside of the UK should note that we cannot accept responsibility and cannot refund or replace lost or damaged items in transit with standard shipping cost.
Special instructions for corset buyers: Please try corsets on over a t-shirt and do not lace corsets tightly when checking the fit. Corsets that have been tight lace cannot be returned.
