Welcome to our online store. By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
The term “Imaginarium”, “or “us” or “we” refers to the owners of the website whose trading address is 3 Market Place, Glastonbury, Somerset BA6 9HD.
The terms “you” or your” refers to the user or the viewer of our website.
The content of the pages of this website are for your general information and use only, it is subject to change without notice.
Customer accepts that products and product colours may vary slightly from the photographs shown due to the limitations of the technologies’ involved (e.g. cameras, phones and computer displays).
Customers a re responsible for any custom and import fees / duties applied by their country. We are not responsible and cannot control, and cannot give advice on fees that may be charged by the country of the delivery address. Customers within the European Union should not be charged import duties.
How to make a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you require us to post your purchase to another address rather than yours please let us know at the time of check out or email us.
We cannot deliver some (heavier) styles to PO Box numbers overseas. If you need is to deliver to a PO box, please contact us first to arrange this.
Please note that any purchases of glass items are uninsurable by Royal Mail, and any purchases made online is at your own risk. We make every effort to wrap, double wrap and triple wraps our boxes but sadly accidents may happen after it has left us.
For your safety we accept payment by paypal only, a secure way to make a payment over the internet however if you wish to pay by a credit or debit card please telephone us so we can arrange to take payment.For bank transfer payments please contact us prior to ordering.
How we process your order
Except in unusual circumstances, we will send your entire order out in one go. If we do not have an item you want in stock, we will contact you offering alterative options or a refund, obviously we will source it as soon as possible if you want us to. You will be informed of the progress of your order by email and we always obtain proof of postage.
In the unlikely event where you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us straight away by either calling us on 01458 830727 or by sending an email to email@example.com Unless the goods are faulty or damaged return postage fees will be at your expense.
We allow you 7 days after the receipt of your order to contact us if you wish to return them. We will instruct you on how to return them properly and provide you with a returns number.
Returns goods must show no signs of wear and tear and we reserve the right to refuse returned goods id we are not contacted within the required time period or if the items (S) exhibit wear and tear.
We can either replace the item or we will give you a refund of the cost of the item provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, your postage fees will not be refunded.
Goods are to be returned to Imaginarium, 3 Market Place, Glastonbury, Somerset BA6 9HD. If an item is damaged in the post we will either refund you once it has been returned to us at your expense, or we will complete the Royal Mail claim forms which we will forward to you.
Any refund due will be made via the payment method.
Purchasers outside of the UK should note that we cannot accept responsibility and cannot refund or replace lost or damaged items in transit with standard shipping cost.
Special instructions for corset buyers. Please try corsets on over a t-shirt, and do not lace corsets tightly when checking the fit. Corsets that have been tight lace cannot be returned “as new”.
Items lost in the post.
If items have not arrived within 7 working days (UK and Eurpoean Union customers, all other areas 15 days) after you have received your confirmation email of dispatch we will require a written statement from you as Royal Mail will need to investigate a lost claim, the details of which will be emailed to you.
We will then fill out any necessary claim forms at the post office which we will submit together with your statement. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from Royal Mail. This can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
Please note that all returns are subject to our terms and conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights.
At Imaginarium we treat the security and privacy of our customers details as one of our very highest priorities and we only hold certain information in order to effectively process orders and deal with enquiries.
We conform to the Data Protection Act 1998 and we do not disclose your information to any third party, except to effectively verify payments and arrange delivery of your order. We do not send marketing emails / newsletters to your personal email address with out your permission. We only contact the buyer by email regarding your order (e.g. a dispatch notification) or unless you have explicitly asked to be added to our mailing list.
